I had a mixed stay at Comfort Inn in Mankato. The bed in the Standard Queen Room was super comfortable. I really appreciated the cleanliness and extra seating in the room. The complimentary continental breakfast stood out. a nice variety of choices helped start our day. The staff members were very polite and accommodating. However, I ran into a serious issue with the billing. I was charged multiple times, and it was frustrating to sort it out after a long stay. On check-out, I had already paid cash, but I noticed several unexpected charges on my account. It caused a lot of stress. I did check out a day early, but I called beforehand to clarify. It seemed disorganized, and I couldn't reach a manager to resolve it. These issues need attention to improve guest experience.

The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable and clean, offering extra seating which was a nice touch. Enjoyed the excellent Continental breakfast with a variety of choices, including cakes. However, the pool area was not well maintained, and the fitness room lacked basic equipment. Additionally, the noise from the hallways was quite disruptive at night.
